Landlord Fees

LET ONLY SERVICE

12% including VAT (10% plus VAT) of the annual rent for the initial term of the contract.

MANAGEMENT SERVICE (Includes Rent Collection)

6% including VAT (5% plus VAT) of the annual rent for the initial term of contract.

RENT COLLECTION

3% including VAT (2.5% plus VAT) of the annual rent for the initial term of the contract.

RENEWAL COMMISSION

8.4% including VAT (7% plus VAT) for the first renewal term and 7.2% including VAT(6% plus VAT) for any subsequent renewal terms.

Let Only Service

  • Fully reference tenant
  • Collect and remit initial months’ rent received
  • Create tenancy agreement
  • Agree collection of any shortfall and payment method
  • Provide tenant with method of payment
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with NRL8 (if relevant)

Rent Collection

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Deduct commission and other works
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions

  • Collect and remit monthly rent received

  • Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
  • Undertake inspection visits and notify the landlord of the outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy term
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with NRL8 (if relevant)
